Inside the National Park of the Casentino Forests, a beautiful panoramic hall and an entrance veranda where you can find the old cedar of Lebanon after which the restaurant is called.
Five kilometres from the monasteries of Hermitage and Camaldoli.
The management has been in the hands of the same family for 35 years.
Nowadays, Italo Tassini, his wife Franca and his daughters Mariangela and Cristina, offer a typical Tuscan, home-made cooking, specialised in game, mushrooms and classical local dishes, such as " tortelli " of potatoes and " acquacotta " of Casentino.
Closed on Mondays ( always open in summer ).
